MeetSynq: White-label scheduling
MeetSynq is white-label scheduling from Cuanto Labs. It finds the overlap between calendars on Google, Outlook and Apple, books the meeting, and puts the invite on both sides, under the customer’s own domain and brand.
What MeetSynq is
MeetSynq is a booking tool built around the scheduling link: one link per meeting type, from which a guest picks a time that is free on both calendars.
Its distinguishing feature is branding. A deployment can run under a different name, logo, colors, sender address and domain, with attribution switched off.
Who uses it
Individuals use it for booking links, teams for shared availability and routing, and agencies, consultancies and software companies for scheduling that carries their clients’ or their own brand.
How it works
A user connects a calendar, sets working hours, buffers and booking horizon, and shares a link. Busy time on any connected calendar closes the slot everywhere. Guests see availability in their own time zone and can answer intake questions that ride along inside the invite.
Team bookings can go round-robin to the next person or collective, requiring the whole group. Video links come from Google Meet or Zoom, and Stripe takes payments. A white-label deployment gets its own database, which can be exported at any time.
