What LLCDrop is
LLCDrop is a lead-data product for Florida. New business filings are collected daily and enriched, so a filing becomes a record with a contact and, where relevant, a roof and solar assessment.
The same index is searchable live, for businesses and for homeowners, and the day’s new filings also arrive as a CSV and a morning email.
Who uses it
The product pages describe three kinds of user: the solo contractor or closer, the solo operator who wants a daily feed, and agencies that run lead generation for many clients and need separate sub-accounts.
How it works
A user searches the records or saves a search and receives daily alerts. A lead can be unlocked, scored for roof and solar potential using Google Solar and NREL data, then contacted by tracked email or by a printed postcard mailed through Lob. Follow-up sequences run automatically.
