Gallarix: Gallery operating system for digital art

By . Published . Updated .

Gallarix is a gallery operating system for digital art from Cuanto Labs. Collectors browse 3D viewing rooms and check out online, while the gallery runs inventory, events and marketing from a dashboard on the same records.

What Gallarix is

Gallarix has two sides. The collector view presents a curated show, including an immersive 3D viewing room, with a cart, wishlist, shipping estimates and inquiry flows.

The director side manages the same artworks as inventory, along with events and marketing, and reports analytics.

Who uses it

Galleries that sell digital art are the operators, and collectors the visitors. Both views are built to work on phones, tablets and desktops.

How it works

Artworks are modelled with provenance, condition notes and a certificate of authenticity. Google Gemini drafts descriptions and tags, and a Gemini concierge answers questions from the live inventory.

The 3D room runs in WebGL and adapts to the device: on phones and tablets it lowers texture size, pixel ratio, shadows and animated objects, and swaps keyboard controls for touch. A build-time prerender puts the marketing and about pages into the HTML for crawlers.
